Born and raised in The Bahamas, Ian was in Nassau the weekend that Dorian hit Abaco. Like many others, he witnessed not only the loss of his family home, but also the loss of thousands of homes within his Bahamian community.
Having worked with hundreds of homeowners impacted by natural disasters, Ian knew there was a critical need for a company like Homebound in The Bahamas.

Also born and raised in The Bahamas, Sebastian was one of the first on the ground as part of the volunteer relief efforts.
After witnessing the devastation of Hurricane Dorian, Sebastian decided to trade in his barrister’s wig and banker’s suit for a hardhat to join Homebound.
