Work with your broker to source a lot (if needed) or find one through our off-market land database. We’ll help you evaluate it against our library of home plans and designs.
Select your floor plan, exterior style, and interior design package from our curated library. Meet with a Homebound designer to personalize the plan and make it yours.
Take your finalized plans, selections, and budget to your preferred lender to secure any necessary financing and approval.
We handle the local permitting process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and permits are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
We manage all subcontractors to ensure your home is delivered on time and on budget. Our proprietary technology keeps you updated on progress throughout the build.
When construction of your new residence is complete, we will walk you through the home and orient you to all of its wonderful features.
